The program will consist of a 2 Day Virtual intensive to kick off the program, followed by 5 months of intensive group coaching, designed to lead you through a step-by-step process as you build your mastery and your business.

This immersive Virtual Retreat will take you deep into the heart of the teachings on sales from spiritual, psychological, neurological, and practical perspectives. You will receive information and transmissions directly from me. You’ll want to come prepared to listen, learn, and take notes - these two days alone will change your life.

During the virtual event, you’ll also have the opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching directly from me, and receive answers to all of your questions. I will expand and deepen my teachings in response to your questions.

During the five months of our training after the virtual event, we will meet twice per month on Zoom for two hours each to share and reflect on recordings of your sales conversations, give and receive valuable feedback, and articulate your next steps for developing your mastery in all areas of your life and business.

Throughout this program, I expect you to take the work further on your own, put what you learn into action, build relationships with your cohort, study and read, and deeply self-reflect.

This program is intensive, action based, and fierce - it is not for everyone.

To do this work and succeed, you’ll need to be all in.

What does that look like?

1. Excellence

Take 100% personal responsibility for how you show up. Take responsibility for the energy you bring, generate, contribute. Be early with your payments and your arrival to this group. Come prepared. Mute your notifications. Your work, your responses, and your results are up to you. Commit yourself to your highest standard of personal excellence in every aspect of our work together.

2. Radical Honesty

Say the thing. Speak the truth. Bring your discernment and unapologetic honesty. This is necessary for our progress, learning, and quantum leaps. (Note: DON’T say “I don’t know.”) Let yourself be all of who you are here - whether you think it’s good, bad, or ugly.

3. Confidentiality

Beyond the typical norm of confidentiality, this group requires extra emphasis on this due to the sensitive nature of looking at evidence of private information of those in the group as well as their clients and potential clients.  

4. Action

New results demand new action - therefore our work is action based and time bound. Every session will end with takeaways and next steps. Be honest, clear, and excellent in your commitments - and do the things you commit to. 

5. Evidence

Our work is evidence based - and everyone brings evidence. This is a vulnerable, confronting, and incredibly valuable way to learn. It is not about showing off, fixing something that’s broken or proving anything - it’s about learning. 

6. Preplan

At this high level of transformational work, your subconscious will invent many excuses to derail you. They will feel legitimate. It is not a question of if you will get hijacked, but when. Your work is not to avoid the takeout, but to decide in advance how you will respond in the moments that challenge you.

7. Empowered Receptivity

We’re trained not to ask for help unless we absolutely need it. As a result, we associate it with weakness. In fact, it’s a LEARNED SKILL to receive from a place of empowerment and mastery. Show up here excited, confident, and ready for more.

8. Surplus

Appreciate what you have and be ready for more. Consciously choose to take in more information when you are already “full.” This is something you can practice every time you come onto the call - and it’s a tool for everything, in particular around receiving a surplus of MONEY. 

9. Ownership

You ARE an entrepreneur/business owner (AND artist or healer or visionary). Own it.
